Privacy Notice

How we handle enquiry details.

Controller and contact

Meadow Otter Home operates this website. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you submit a request, we process the name, email, optional phone number, property details and message you provide. We use these details to respond to the request and discuss a possible cleaning service.

Google Maps

The service-area map is loaded from Google Maps only after you select the map button. Loading it may send your IP address and browser data to Google under its own privacy policy.

Basis and retention

We process the request on the basis of your consent. Records are kept only for the time reasonably needed to respond and manage the enquiry, unless a longer period is required by law.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry details, or withdraw consent, by emailing us.
